Why Farscape ?

Farscape Global Consulting LLP was founded in April 2025 with a clear thesis: Indian businesses need help selling through digital channels, and the people trying to help them don't understand what it takes to sell profitably online.

Management consultants build strategy decks and everything totals out. ERP vendors sell modules. Web agencies build portals. IT consultancies produce slide decks. But the execution and profitability falls on you.

Its your neck on the line. Above all, most of people consulting you have never done it themselves. They consult and move on. You get stuck? That’s additional hours to solve the new problems. 

And a VUCA world is filled with problems.

The issue is that few career consultants have executed. Few have built a business plan, stared at the budgets, Looked at a platform architecture, decided on a technology, built a hiring plan, carved out promotions and achieved what was laid out in the plan a year or two ago. How to achieve this plan in a volatile and uncertain world where while you are building the platform and hiring a team, margins changed, products changed, laws changed, markets changed and all your assumptions that went in the plan shift the goal post?

Our founder has. At Redington Limited (India's largest ICT distributor) he built the B2B ecommerce operation from zero. Hired the team. Chose the technology. Designed the pricing logic, credit allocation, and dealer acquisition models. Worked with internal teams to build consensus. And delivered over $1.1 billion in GMV within three years.

Farscape takes that practitioner knowledge and makes it available to the thousands of Indian distributors and manufacturers in the ₹2–300 Crore range who face the same problems but cannot afford the same scale of solution.

Meet the Founder


Satyarth Priyedarshi is a digital commerce operator with over 18 years of experience building and scaling ecommerce operations across India's largest companies.
His career spans founding roles at Flipkart (Head of Buying & Merchandising), Google Inc (APAC Product Marketing Manager for Google Play, where he grew India revenue 7x), Reliance Jio (Head of Product & Marketing for JioChat, scaling from 8 million to 50 million users at zero marketing budget), Tata AIA Life Insurance (Head of Digital, establishing the D2C insurance business), and Redington Limited (Chief eCommerce Officer, building the B2B platform from zero to $1.1 billion GMV).
The business problems he solved at Redington — pricing automation, credit allocation, dealer acquisition, cash flow management — are the same problems Farscape now solves for its clients.
He is a thought leader in the space of Digital and Business, an empanelled AI Domain Expert with TISS Mumbai, and the author of an upcoming book on ecommerce for new business owners (April 2026).
Satyarth has been recognised as one of the "50 Most Influential eCommerce Professionals in India" by CMO Asia twice (2017, 2018), is a 5-time TEDx speaker, a LinkedIn Power Profile and Voice, and has completed executive education at Harvard Business School and the Indian School of Business.
As the governance layer behind the Farscape Expert Network, Satyarth personally reviews all engagement scopes, vets consultant assignments, participates in client kick-off and milestone reviews, and signs off on all Blueprint-grade deliverables.
