A Structured Collaboration Framework

Every Farscape engagement operates within a three-party model designed to give you specialist expertise with structured governance. This is not a freelancer marketplace. This is not an agency reselling subcontractors. This is a governed advisory network where every participant has clear accountability.

Farscape Platform

Provides the governance framework: brand credibility, client contracting and invoicing, engagement governance, quality assurance, strategic review of deliverables, and dispute resolution if required. The founder personally reviews all engagement scopes and signs off on Blueprint-grade deliverables.

Lead Consultant (Domain Specialist)

The specialist responsible for delivering the consulting engagement. Executes the work, manages client interaction during delivery, prepares deliverables, and coordinates any additional specialists required. Each engagement has one designated Lead Consultant who owns delivery accountability.

Deal Originator (Where Applicable)

The individual or partner who introduces the consulting opportunity. May be an independent consultant, industry professional, strategic partner, or the founder. The model intentionally rewards deal origination because sourcing consulting engagements is the most difficult part of the consulting value chain.

How are specialists selected for my engagement?
The founder reviews your specific problem and matches the most relevant domain specialist from the network. If you have a marketplace challenge, you get a marketplace specialist. If you need pricing logic, you get a pricing specialist. You will always know who is leading your engagement before it begins.

What if I am not satisfied with the specialist's work?
Farscape governs every engagement with quality gates and milestone reviews. If deliverable quality does not meet standards, the founder intervenes directly. Your recourse is always with Farscape, not with the individual specialist.

Can consultants in the network work with clients directly?
No. All client engagements sourced through the Farscape network are contracted through Farscape. The non-circumvention clause in every consultant agreement ensures that clients introduced through the network continue to engage through the platform for a defined period.

₹2,00,000. This aligns with the Starter engagement minimum and ensures that every engagement justifies Farscape's governance oversight.

I am a consultant — do I need to be based in Mumbai?
No. The Farscape Expert Network is domain-based, not geography-based. Consultants can be located anywhere in India. Most engagements involve a mix of remote advisory and in-person meetings as required by the client.
