Farscape Global Consulting LLP was founded in April 2025 with a clear thesis: Indian businesses need help selling through digital channels, and the people trying to help them don't understand what it takes to sell profitably online.
Management consultants build strategy decks and everything totals out. ERP vendors sell modules. Web agencies build portals. IT consultancies produce slide decks. But the execution and profitability falls on you.
Its your neck on the line. Above all, most of people consulting you have never done it themselves. They consult and move on. You get stuck? That’s additional hours to solve the new problems.

The issue is that few career consultants have executed. Few have built a business plan, stared at the budgets, Looked at a platform architecture, decided on a technology, built a hiring plan, carved out promotions and achieved what was laid out in the plan a year or two ago. Our founder has. At Redington Limited (India's largest ICT distributor) he built the B2B ecommerce operation from zero. Hired the team. Chose the technology. Designed the pricing logic, credit allocation, and dealer acquisition models. Worked with internal teams to build consensus. And delivered over $1.1 billion in GMV within three years.
Farscape takes that practitioner knowledge and makes it available to the thousands of Indian distributors and manufacturers in the ₹2–300 Crore range who face the same problems but cannot afford the same scale of solution.
